B Bar is a secret hideout tucked behind a sliding mirror door at the back of a bottle shop. Inspired by the colours and forms of italian post-modernist designs of the 20th century, the space is a mash up between Aldo Rossi and apothecary. The palette is a play of warm and cool materials, and the forms a play on the serious and frivolous. A green stained veneer and marble shelf filled with bottles forms the anchor of the space, fronted by a brass and black marble bar. Veneer stained in deep blue and brass clad the rest of the room, reflecting the light bleeding through the door every time somebody discover the secret lair.
